You are interested in our study programmes but can’t make up your mind? Or are you already pretty sure, but would like to find out more about our university and campus life on site? Then be sure to come to our University Information Day on Saturday, 3rd June at the Waldcampus! Here you have a whole day to inform yourself about our university and our study programmes and to talk directly with teachers, students and alumni.
What to expect:
A colourful programme of student advisory services, food stands, general student advisory services, presentation of student initiatives (e.g. AstA, Foodsharing, Greenpeace Eberswalde and many more) as well as information stands of the language centre, various research projects of the university, hands-on activities for children, action stands and much more…!
9:45 – 10:00 a.m. Presentation: The HNEE at a glance, Location: Waldcampus, large Pfeil-Auditorium (15.001)
10:05 – 14:45 p.m. Presentations of the individual study programmes, Location: Waldcampus (see Master’s programme and Bachelor’s programme). Our programme directors will give you an in-depth insight into our study programmes and you will have the opportunity to ask questions directly. At the same time, you will get a impression for our lecture halls.
10:15 a.m. (Attention: start at the city campus): student guided tour of the campus followed by a walking taxi to the Waldcampus (duration approx. 30 min); meeting point: information stand city campus.
10.30 – 11.30 Family-friendly university. For all (becoming) parents interested in our University and all university members with child(ren), the Family Friendly University offers the opportunity to exchange and network with other (becoming) parents. Feel free to bring your own snacks for a shared picnic. Meeting point: Meadow on the right in front of House 11.
10:45 – 11:15 a.m. Financing studies through scholarships (presentation language: German), location: room 17.107
11:25 – 11:55 a.m. Financing studies via Bafög (language of presentation: German), location: Room 17.107
12:00 p.m. Walking taxi from the Waldcampus to the Forest Botanical Garden followed by a guided tour; meeting point: Info stand Waldcampus

4:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m. Taster city tour with city guide Brigitte Schröder, meeting point at Kirchhang in front of the city model
Do you now know everything about our university and your planned studies? Then drop by the FinE Kompakt on the Eberswalde market square. At the town festival you will get a taste of life in Eberswalde. Bands, comedy, information about Eberswalde and delicacies from regional vendors will sweeten your afternoon. Afterwards the AStA of the HNEE invites you to the CAMPUSFEST from 6 p.m. on.
In the evening there will be dancing and partying on the city campus! With live music on the open-air stage and indoor dance floors with DJ*s, everyone is invited to party into the night. Great initiatives and vendors from the region will offer drinks and food! The festival will take place at Schicklerstraße 5 in Eberswalde. For more information, please contact asta@hnee.de.
